AUTHORISATION AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

I understand that JENREEL (the company) is an education technology, and travel consulting firm.

I hereby authorise the company to make applications for admission on my behalf to its partner/non-partner institutions and or make an application for a visa on my behalf to the embassy of my choice, within the countries the company operates in.

I further authorise the company to upon my request, guide me in choosing countries and/or making accommodation reservations for my vacation/business trips. I also empower the company to make an application for a visa (Tourist, Business or combined) on my behalf to the chosen country’s embassy, where visa is required for entry.
 

I hereby, with full knowledge and understanding, voluntarily agree and undertake as follows:

1. The Company shall use her best endeavour and resources in making the necessary application for my admission and or visa, ensuring that my said application meets the requirements of the institution and or embassy but the company shall not be liable for any omission or commission by its Partners or Agents which occasions an unforeseeable loss to me.

2. That the decision to offer admission to applicants lies solely with the institution they applied to. The Company has no hand in the decision or outcome of the admission process and shall be held harmless for any rejections or lack of offer from an institution.

3. That the decision to grant visas to applicants lies solely with the embassy they applied to. The Company has no hand in the decision or outcome of the visa process and shall be held harmless for any visa rejection or losses incurred by the applicant in the process.

4. The determination of the fees payable by prospective students to the institutions they applied to is completely within the domain of such institutions, and the Company shall not be liable for the refund of any such fees paid by prospective students to such institutions, whether through the company or not.

5. The determination of the fees payable by applicants to the embassy applied to is completely within the domain of such an embassy, and the Company shall not be liable for the refund of any such fees paid by applicants to such an embassy, whether through the company or not.

6. The client acknowledges that the Company acts solely as an intermediary in arranging travel services provided by independent third-party service providers. Accordingly, the Company shall bear no liability whatsoever for any alteration, cancellation, delay, rescheduling, overbooking, or modification of reservations or travel arrangements arising from the actions, omissions, negligence, policies, or operational decisions of such third-party providers, and no liability shall attach to the Company in respect thereof.

7. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company acts solely as an agent and intermediary for the purpose of arranging and facilitating travel-related services, including but not limited to flight reservations, accommodation bookings, transportation, tours, and visa assistance services, which are provided by independent third-party service providers. The client understands that the Company does not own, manage, control, or operate such third-party services.

8. The Client further acknowledges that all services arranged through the Company are subject to the respective terms, conditions, rules, and policies of the relevant third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, embassies, and other service vendors. The Client agrees to be bound by such third-party terms and conditions, and the Company shall not be answerable for any loss, delay, cancellation, alteration, or non-performance arising from the enforcement or operation of those terms.
