Refund Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

 

1. CANCELLATION

You are entitled to cancel your request for our service at any time subject to the following:

 

 

  1. Cancellation must be done by means of a clear statement communicating your decision to cancel sent to hello@jenreel.com
  2. If Cancellation is done within 48 hours after submitting a service request, and it is confirmed that we are yet to start processing the service request, then you will get a refund in line with 2c below.
  3. If cancellation is done within 48 hours after submitting a service request, and it is confirmed that we have started processing the service requested for, then you will get a refund in line with 2d and 2e below, as they are applicable.
  4. If cancellation is done later than 48 hours after submitting a service request, then a refund will be done in line with 2d, 2e and or 2f below, as they are applicable.

 

 

 

2. REFUNDS

  1. We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation request/notice. 
  2. We will use the same mode of payment as you used for the order provided your mode of payment can be verified and traced. However, the Application fee is non-refundable.
  3. Where cancellation is done prior to our processing of the service request, you will be refunded fully for any other payment made excluding the application fee.
  4. Where cancellation is done after we have commenced processing your service request, we shall surcharge you for services processed so far and then refund you for the services we are yet to process.
  5. Where in processing your service request prior to your cancellation, we have made a payment on your behalf to third parties, then you shall have recourse to such third parties’ cancellation and refund policy. We shall only assist you in making a Cancellation and Refund Request from such a third party, but we shall not be liable for such a refund. 
  6. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation and refunds for services already fully processed.
